Commitment to Fair Work Practices

In all aspects of the business, we pride ourselves on our ethical standards and strive to ensure that every employee, whether directly employed, through an agency, or as a subcontractor, is treated fairly, respectfully, and with dignity. To ensure fair work practices, we employ the following measures:


1. Fair Treatment & Equal Opportunities:

Employees engaged in this contract will work in an environment free from discrimination, harassment, and undue pressure. We believe that all individuals should be given equal access to opportunities, regardless of their background, gender, age, or any other protected characteristics.


2. Transparent and Competitive Remuneration:

Rates offered to our workers are fair, competitive, transparent, and commensurate with the skills they possess as well as the market rates.


3. Training and Professional Development:

To ensure our workers can develop their skills and contribute more effectively to the project, we provide training and professional development opportunities.


4. Timely Payments Across the Supply Chain:

To maintain the continuity of our supply chain, timely compensation must be paid:


  • Public Body to Contractor: When we receive payment from a public body, we initiate the payment process for our subcontractors to ensure that there are no delays on our end.
  • Contractor to Sub-Contractor: Upon receipt of the invoice, we will initiate the payment process for our subcontractors within a maximum of 30 days.
  • Sub-Contractor to Sub-Contractor: In addition, our primary subcontractors owe their subcontractors the same 30-day maximum payment term.
